The Stability family brings together 8 core values: Stability, Comfort, Family, Loyalty, Security, Sustainability, Tradition and Faith. They share a theme, safety, roots and solid ground, and each puts the weight somewhere slightly different. If two or three of them feel true of you, this theme probably matters a lot in how you choose your work and spend your time.
The values in Stability
Stability
Stability as a core value means wanting a settled base in your home, work and relationships, with steady routines and continuity that free your attention for what matters most.
Comfort
Comfort as a core value means arranging your life to avoid needless strain and friction, so your energy goes into what matters and your days feel easy and good.
Family
Family as a core value means the people closest to you, by birth or by choice, come first, and big decisions get weighed by what they’ll mean for them.
Loyalty
Loyalty as a core value means standing by the people you’re committed to, staying on their side and keeping faith with them when things go wrong or leaving would be easier.
Security
Security as a core value means building protection before you need it, such as savings, insurance and a plan B, so you and the people you love will be all right.
Sustainability
Sustainability as a core value means choosing ways of living and working that can last, for the planet and for yourself, and avoiding short-term gains that borrow from the future.
Tradition
Tradition as a core value means honouring the customs, rituals and ways of doing things handed down to you, and keeping them alive so their meaning and sense of belonging pass on.
Faith
Faith as a core value means a steady trust, in God, in people or in a purpose, that shapes how you live and holds when proof runs out.
