The Order family brings together 6 core values: Order, Accuracy, Consistency, Control, Organisation and Structure. They share a theme, structure, precision and control, and each puts the weight somewhere slightly different. If two or three of them feel true of you, this theme probably matters a lot in how you choose your work and spend your time.
The values in Order
Order
Order as a core value means keeping your surroundings tidy, clean and with everything in its place, and feeling calmer and clearer when they are.
Accuracy
Accuracy as a core value means getting facts, figures and details exactly right, checking your work and your sources so that people can rely on what you tell them.
Consistency
Consistency as a core value means doing things the same way and to the same standard every time, so the people around you always know what to expect.
Control
Control as a core value means keeping a firm, steady hand on the things in your care, knowing where they stand and having a plan for when they go wrong.
Organisation
Organisation as a core value means planning and preparing in advance, arranging people, time and resources so that things run smoothly and nothing important is left to chance.
Structure
Structure as a core value means giving clear shape to your time, work and decisions, with routines, roles and frameworks that make things manageable and free your energy for the work.
