The Health family brings together 4 core values: Health, Energy, Movement and Wellbeing. They share a theme, looking after your body, mind and energy, and each puts the weight somewhere slightly different. If two or three of them feel true of you, this theme probably matters a lot in how you choose your work and spend your time.
The values in Health
Health
Health as a core value means looking after your body and mind as the foundation for everything else, with steady habits around sleep, food, movement and stress.
Energy
Energy as a core value means paying close attention to your vitality, what fuels it and what drains it, so you can bring real life to whatever you’re doing.
Movement
Movement as a core value means living an active, physical life and enjoying being in your body, moving every day for the pleasure of it as much as for fitness.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing as a core value means looking after how you are as a whole person: body, mind, relationships and pace of life, so that doing well in one area never quietly costs another.
